Sarojni graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001 and has been practicing as an Osteopath ever since.

She treats patients with neck pain, upper and lower back pain, headaches caused due to muscular tension, muscular and joint pains in pregnant women. She treats adults using manual osteopathic techniques (soft tissue techniques, muscle energy techniques, neuro-muscular techniques, mobilisations and spinal manipulations) and cranial osteopathic techniques. She also gives exercise and postural advice.

Sarojni has gained extensive experience treating babies and children at the Osteopathic Centre for Children (OCC). She has treated children on the autistic spectrum, children with learning and behavioural difficulties and children with complex neurological conditions such as cerebral palsy. She has also treated premature babies at the neonatal ward at Barnet General Hospital (through the OCC).

Sarojni has been an osteopathic tutor and has taught at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of the British Osteopathic Association.

In 2018 she attended course in London, to learn about Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) a new way of treating nerve and muscle pain and many other conditions using specific frequencies and micro amperage current.
