Registered on GOsC website as Morwenna Barbara Gough
Barbara studied initially French and Latin BA(hons) at Nottingham University and completed then her DO at the European School of Osteopathy in Maidstone in 1984.

She taught cranial osteopathy at British College of Osteopathic Medicine and worked for 15 years at the Birth Unit of St John and St Elizabeth Hospital, London. She has 30 years experience of treating babies and women pre- and post-natal and worked for many years with Yehudi Gordon, gynaecologist/obstetrician.

Her aim as osteopath is to promote healthy development and healing by attending to palpable disturbances in the structure of the body which would, if left untreated, cause dysfunction and ultimately disease.
Her treatment approach is particularly suited to nervous individuals whether babies, children or adults.
Barbara is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) since 1998.

Outside work her interests are walking, painting and reading.

She meets regularly with a group of Transpersonal Psychotherapists, having completed their counselling training in 1986.

More recently she has become a member of the Steering Group of Older Women’s Co-Housing Ltd, which was formed to develop housing projects for women over 50, who are interested in living independently in a supportive community (see www.owch.org.uk).

Barbara has now retired.
